The owner is under obligation to rent the rooms and to provide all advertised services to any customer that requests them. To complete your reservation, guests will be asked for a deposit up to 25% of the total value of their stay (nights X night cost). The deposit cannot be less the 30 euro.
In case a single person chooses to stay at a double room will be charged 100% of the standard double room price.
Adding an extra bed to a double room will raise the room’s price by 20%.
No visitors are allowed inside the rooms. Furthermore, the management must be notified of any visitors that might be invited to enter and use the lounge.
Cancellation policy Covid-19
Due to Covid-19, the cancellation policy for the summer of 2022 (with a certificate of disease) is as follows:
- We can return the advanced payment fully.
- We can move your reservation to a different date.
- You can also move your reservation for next year (with the same price for the same period).
If a cancellation occurs:
21 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded (the client will still be liable for any expenses (bank transfer fee etc.)
8 to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded (the client will still be liable for any expenses (bank transfer fee etc.)
7 or less days prior to arrival, the client is not entitled to a refund.

If you have a credit card you can use it without worrying about the safety of your credit card info. Once you have completed your reservation at AEOLOS you will be redirected to the secured page of Viva Wallet to enter your credit card details. Aeolos has the right to cancel a reservation done with online inside a period of 24 hours if a problem occurred. Aeolos will return 100% of the advance payment if the customer paid and inform him for the cancellation.
The deposit is required to be equal to 25% the total cost of your stay (or 50% in the case of an OFFER), in a bank account or by using a Credit Card through the secure environment PayPal or Viva Wallet and by sending by mail the deposit receipt as well as the date of arrival and departure
The balance of the amount is paid on the first day of your arrival.
If you decide to make a reservation you accept all the terms that are written in Ν. 2251/1994(Greek law).
You can conclude a valid reservation through On-line booking, if you are legally competent to comply with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (if you have reached the eighteenth year of age and you are not in judicial guardianship as to the conclusion of a sales contract). Representatives of legal entities may also make reservations, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any deductions made by legal incapacitated persons.
Arrival and departure times
14:00at the earliest. 19:00 at the latest. In case your arrival is scheduled before 14:00 or after 19:00, please notify us on time.
11:00 at the latest.
If you wish to extend your stay after 11:00, please notify our stuff before 18:00 on the previous day. Extending your stay on the day of your departure (if there is available room) after 12:00 and until 18:00, will cost you 50% of the regular room rate, after 18:00 you will be charged 100% of the regular room price.
Animals are not allowed.
In case of cancellation of the reservation during the stay, the customer is obliged to pay compensation to the business, 50% of the value of the remaining days of the agreed period (Law 1652/86 Government Gazette 167 A).
